Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Akron, NY crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if it goes unaddressed.
Our team is trained in structural exclusion work, not just trap placement — sealing gaps as small as a quarter-inch that mice can squeeze through.
Rodent calls in Akron, NY get same-day or next-day dispatch, especially where droppings or gnaw marks suggest an active population.

Ground-level burrow treatment and foundation-gap sealing for the larger rats typically found near woodpiles, sheds, and crawl spaces.
Roof rats travel via power lines and tree branches into attics — we seal roofline gaps, vents, and eaves specifically.

We install hardware cloth, door sweeps, and vent screens to physically block re-entry after the population is cleared.

Exclusion is the permanent fix — trapping without sealing just clears the current population while leaving the door open for the next one.
Dry sweeping droppings can release airborne particles; it's safer to let the crew handle cleanup with the right protective equipment.
Most single-family homes take one visit for trapping and sealing, with a follow-up 1-2 weeks later to confirm no new activity.
